These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Bernhard Häfner, Stiftsbogen 132, 81375 München, Germany (hereinafter “Provider”), including but not limited to workshops, digital products, and coaching programs.
The Provider offers live coaching programs, workshops, and individual coaching sessions. These are interactive formats where content is conveyed in real time, with opportunities for coaching conversations and guided practice.
The services are not designed as self-study courses and are not state-approved distance learning programs under the German Fernunterrichtsschutzgesetz (FernUSG). There are no exams or certifications. Any progress or results depend on the participant’s own implementation.
By registering for a workshop, purchasing a digital product, or booking a coaching session, a binding contract is created between the customer and the Provider.
All prices are stated in EURO. As a Kleinunternehmer according to §19 UStG, no VAT is charged. Payment is due immediately upon booking, unless otherwise agreed.
Consumers based in the European Union are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal (“Widerrufsrecht”) of fourteen (14) days.
The conditions, deadlines, and consequences of this right are set out in our Withdrawal Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung).
For digital content (e.g. recordings, PDFs) and services (e.g. coaching sessions), the withdrawal right may expire early under the circumstances described there (e.g., if you consent to immediate delivery).
- Cancellation up to 7 days before the event: full refund.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: no refund.
- If the Provider cancels (e.g., illness, force majeure), the customer will receive a full refund or can rebook free of charge.
The Provider is not liable for damages except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Coaching and workshops are not therapy and do not replace medical or psychological treatment.
No specific outcomes, learning success, or career results are guaranteed. The participant remains fully responsible for their own decisions, implementation, and results.
All materials (slides, recordings, handouts) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, or use beyond personal use requires written permission from the Provider.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
If individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. German law applies.
